By accessing and using BidScope, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
BidScope provides AI-powered analysis of construction specification PDFs to identify hidden liabilities and deliverables. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the analysis.
3. Payment Terms
Full reports require payment of $9.00 USD. Payments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Limitation of Liability
BidScope is a tool for analysis purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying all information independently. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our analysis.
